What does sift proofing means:

Any Bulk bag, may be laminated or unlaminated cannot guarantee a 100% contamination free handling unless it is safe guarded with the Sift proof Seams. Since a bulk bag (FIBC) is a woven product, the sewing process causes apertures in the lining and allows the powder to either cake, or flow out of the bag, through the sewing apertures. Dynamic Sift proofing material is designed to prevent product from leaking out of the bag. Also very popularly known as the Dust proof Seams, it is made of a special material which fills in the areas near the needle hole in the seam. This fluffy material is put in the filler cord machines to make the filler cord, which is then stitched in the side, top or bottom seams of the bulk bags.
